Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu PKK Desa Babirik Melalui Inovasi Produk Beras Vakum dan Abon Bebek

Abstract

Babirik village has promising agricultural and livestock potential, but the community faces uncertain income constraints due to market price fluctuations when selling raw rice crops directly to collectors. In addition, this village does not have other superior products and the community does not understand digital marketing strategies and business legality. This community service activity aims to empower PKK women in Babirik village to create village superior products with a focus on innovation in making vacuum rice and duck floss, as well as providing an understanding of digital marketing and business legality. The method of implementation of the activity lasted for four months involving 20 cadres of PKK mothers, with stages including preparation, socialization, production technical training, digital marketing workshops, to licensing legality assistance. The results of pretest and posttest evaluation showed a significant increase in competence, understanding and technical skills of participants in the manufacture of vacuum rice and shredded duck increased dramatically from 10% to almost 100%. Psychologically, participants ' confidence to start a business jumped from 20% to more than 80%, and readiness to become an entrepreneurial cadre rose from 25% to 85%. In conclusion , this program managed to produce output in the form of new superior products, namely vacuum rice and shredded duck, which are market competitive, while changing the mindset of the community to be more entrepreneurial-oriented and aware of the importance of business legality
