Drug abuse involving narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances (NAPZA) poses a serious threat to the development of the younger generation, including elementary school children. Early prevention efforts through school-based education are essential to build students’ awareness of the dangers of drugs. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and awareness of students at SDN Babirik Hulu, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, regarding drug abuse prevention. The implementation method used a participatory educational approach through interactive lectures, visual media, discussions, and educational games. The results indicated an increase in students’ understanding of the definition of drugs, their types, negative impacts, and prevention strategies. Students showed active participation and positive responses during the activity. This program demonstrates that early drug prevention socialization is effective in instilling awareness and healthy behavior among elementary school students. The program is expected to serve as a sustainable preventive education model in schools
